Rwanda Medical Supply invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit their offers for the tender for PROCUREMENT OF DIFFERENT IT EQUIPMENT:

Interested bidders are advised to carefully review the respective tender documents and submit their offers through the Buvi e-procurement system within the deadlines specified for each tender.
For any clarification or complementary information, interested bidders may submit their requests in writing to rms.procurement@rms.rw, with a copy to imahirwe@rms.rw, within the period specified in the respective tender documents and before the deadline for submission of bids.
Deadline for Submission of Quotation: You are requested to submit your quotation not later than 10:00 AM, local time (8:00 GMT), on 04/11/2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
Opened at RMS LTD board room on 04/11/ 2026 at 10:30 AM, local time (8:30 GMT).
